Steph encourages with five practical juggling concepts to help shift your thinking from a busy mindset to a blessed one! Steph will help you lose the cray and shift to okay! Building Bridges. (Some material covered in Steph’s book, Building Bridges – Made on Purpose for a Purpose) Have you ever wondered why you’re on the earth, what’s your purpose, and how you can make a lasting impact for Christ? Do you want to live out your faith, but aren’t sure how to do so in your daily life? Have you ever thought that God can’t use you with your past and imperfections? You’re not alone. Steph Fink of Encouraged in Heart can relate. In Building Bridges, she’ll encourage you to understand your purpose to use your God-given stories, strengths and weaknesses to build bridges to connect with others for God’s glory! Others will learn about God’s love, Jesus’ sacrifice and the Holy Spirit’s power when they encounter authentic, compassionate and imperfect living examples. Attendees will leave refreshed and renewed to go build bridges!  Steph challenges to discover, examine, and pursue new bridge building opportunities. Cross Over. One of the biggest obstacles to growing in our Christian faith is clinging to what is familiar. Life with Jesus is not meant to be ordinary or familiar. In this one day event, Steph encourages attendees to CROSS OVER from what’s familiar into deeper levels of faith. Steph offers 5 ways to cross over with practical biblical insight that is infused with humor to encourage attendees to cling to Jesus more than familiar comfort!  Cross Over theme verse: When Jesus saw the crowd around him, he instructed his disciples to cross to the other side of the lake. Desiring More. Steph encourages attendees to not settle for the ordinary hamster wheel life but rather desire more! She provides seven specific biblical ways which will propel attendees to “be still and know” and then “go” live out their unique purpose with passion!

Walk With Me. Steph encourages women to walk with God and with one another through examining Biblical relationships. Three power-packed sessions to refresh, renew, refocus and release women to powerfully walk with God and one another. She emphasizes that you + me = WE and WE > me.

The Colorful Art of Friendship. Steph encourages women, to keep connected to the right kind of girlfriends. She addresses the obvious – that marriage, kids or the lack of one or both, changes many relationships. Some relationships may stay on the easel and collect dust while others may continue to be vibrantly painted. But most of all, that the art of friendship is just that, a work in progress. Steph utilizes a biblical, practical and humorous approach to encourage women to prioritize and have the courage to paint the masterpieces, the friendships of exquisite value.

The Story of a Scar. Jesus knew how to tell a story. He strategically placed stories throughout His life story to inspire, correct, love, teach and prepare those He loves. He could have taken an entirely different approach, but He told stories and as a result, lives were changed. Steph encourages using scars from her own life that scars are disguised stories. She encourages others to follow Jesus’ story-scar-sharing-example and know when they share the story behind their scar lives are changed.

It’s About Time…To Prioritize Your Marriage. Getting married is easy. Staying married is not. Great marriages take time, work, love and forgiveness. Steph knows because her marriage almost ended when she moved out and filed for separation. Steph talks about the top three marriage stressors and uses humor and practical examples from her own marriage to encourage women to say, “It’s about time…I prioritize my marriage!”  When your marriage is prioritized, God transforms a ho-hum marriage to an awesome one!

I‘m a Confident Parent, Right? Parenting often feels like a tiring obstacle course. From potty training to melt downs in the grocery store, to homework and after school activities, obstacles are everywhere. In “I’m a Confident Parent, Right?” Steph blends a Biblical perspective, practical examples and humor to encourage mothers on their own obstacle courses. Steph provides five power points that will encourage mothers to lean on God, laugh at themselves and lead their children with confidence!

BEing mom-ME. “Be ME” is the heart of this message. You are special, unique and created for a purpose which includes motherhood, but not only motherhood. Steph encourages mothers to be brave, have honest self examination, stop comparing and allow God’s full purpose to unfold in their lives. Steph celebrates that each woman needs to BE the ME God purposed them to be.

Eight Be-Attitudes of Godly Leadership. Steph encourages leaders using Matthew 5:3-10 as the learning foundation. She blends biblical stories, humor and practical examples from her own leadership experiences to encourage leaders in their “be” attitudes.

A Bright Light In A Dark World. Steph speaks to women leaders about what a Christian leader is – a light in darkness. Using practical examples from mistakes she’s made and successes she’s had, she offers encouragement on how to keep your flame, bright. Women leave this session knowing that when a leader is present, there needs to be a visible difference as one small light has the power to brighten up any dark room.

Leading With Your Heart and Your Head.  Steph encourages leaders on five key elements critical to leading with both your heart and your head. She uses examples from the Bible and her own leadership life to equip and encourage leaders to lead wisely in faith, love and hope!
